Surface treatment:
We have three main treatment of the surface, which is according to the color you want and the effect you want.
1. Acid pickling:
This kind of treatment is most simple one. It mainly function is cleaning the oxide layer, and the metal curtain via this kind of treatment, the color will be the silvery white.
2. Anodic oxidation:
This one is a little complex; this one is working to enhance the rigidity and the wear-resisting property of the Al alloy. This one can color the metal curtain, and make the metal curtain more durable and beautiful.
3. Baking finish:
This kind is the simple one of coloring the metal curtain, it just paint mixing then put the metal curtain to the coating area to make the color.

Target groups
We developed an exclusive line of architecture. Our metallic fabrics are visually delicate and suitable for a variety of decorative and functional applications. As wire weaves, we provide architects, planners and contractors as well as high quality mesh products.
Format/piece size
Our wire mesh is usually supplied as coil material.For most types of fabrics, the standard web width is 1,520 mm.
Of course it is possible to make the blank according to the customer's requirement.
Our stable wire frames are usually supplied in sheet form. We can directly install the required panel size on the customer site to manufacture the grid.
Please note the maximum width of our product - this is caused by manufacturing technology and can be found in the relevant product data sheet. Transportability and installation conditions should always be considered when selecting part sizes.
Material
All building materials are made of weather and corrosion resistant stainless steel. We use austenitic stainless steel, mainly 1.4301 or 1.4404 (AISI 304,316). With these stainless steels, the original appearance of the surface will be retained permanently.
In addition, there are galvanized wire mesh designs as well as aluminum, brass and bronze.Remember that brass and bronze change color over time.The result is copper optics, whose deployment depends on the relative humidity of the air. If you don't want this color change, you can protect the fabric from it by treating it with zapon varnish.
Quality
For more than 40 years, we have been producing high quality wire mesh. Qualified staff can use various technical measuring equipment:
· X-ray fluorescence analyzer for material determination
· independent laser measuring instrument for diameter control
· tensile testing machine for determining the mechanical properties of major materials and products
· computer-aided measurement of grid size and grid distribution
Our wire mesh standard achieved ISO9000.
Fire rating
All non-flammable building materials therefore do not pose a risk in the event of fire and are classified as building materials A1.
All metal meshes made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, bronze or brass are assigned to fire rating A1 (not flammable).
Rehabilitative measures
Electropolishing: this electrochemical process removes a small range of materials from the surface of the stainless steel, resulting in a burrless, high-gloss surface.
Pickling: remove all contaminants from the surface of stainless steel to keep the metal clean. Pickling after welding is generally recommended to ensure the quality of stainless steel materials.
Varnish: Zapon varnish treatment protects nonferrous metals such as brass or bronze from oxidation and tarnish. The coating has no active antirust and can only be protected by sealing.
Dyeing: some of the thicker wire mesh and mesh can be powder coating. All colors of the RAL scale can be applied.
Install
Our building fabrics are used and positioned in a variety of ways. Therefore, there is no standard fixed solution for each case. For detailed site planning and execution, we recommend qualified companies in the field of metal building or trade show and interior design.
Delivery time
Usually, you will receive your construction fabric in a few days. But we can't always keep a large stock of our products. We have a certain amount of products in stock, but we cannot guarantee the delivery at any time, because we have been selling and producing, please contact us before ordering. Generally, the delivery time is less than two weeks, but the total quantity of goods above 1000 square meters may take one month.
Price
We regret that we are unable to provide you with a price list of generally valid construction fabrics. As manufacturers, our prices of major raw materials fluctuate, among other things. In addition to the quality of the material, the quantity you require and the cost of any blanks will determine the final price.
